Order processing and craftsmanship
At RamonaBoutique, each piece of jewelry is lovingly handmade, ensuring a unique and high-quality product. Due to the artisanal nature of our creations, all jewelry is processed and shipped within 5–10 business days from the date of your order. We appreciate your patience as we craft your special item.
Our return policy
We want you to be delighted with your RamonaBoutique purchase. Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that personalized items, due to their unique nature, cannot be returned. If an item is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
